Legal background
With the amendment that came into force on 16 May 2026, the previous application deadline no longer applies. Buildings can now be legalized permanently, provided they are visible on the orthophoto image of the State Geodetic Administration up to 21 June 2011.
An application via the state ISPU system requires, among other things, a geodetic report with an as-built survey and an architectural as-built survey. We cover both together with our partners. You do not have to find and coordinate the specialists yourself.

We scan your building on site, inside and out. This produces the measurements and drawings on which everything else is based.
Geodetic report
Our partner surveyors prepare the geodetic report for the application based on the survey.

Our partner architecture firms prepare the architectural as-built survey and submit the application.
